Research Centers    
Berkeley and the UC System have a large number of research centers and facilities relevant to the environment. Environmental research centers at Berkeley span nearly every topic, from biology and natural resources, to public health and social science. Faculty Labs and Groups

Many faculty on campus have research labs and groups with a focus on the environment. The areas of study for these labs ranges from agriculture and forestry, to soils, wetlands and ecology. The labs have produced groundbreaking results and continue to develop new ideas and theories. Click the above link for a listing of the faculty labs and groups on campus.
 

Graduate Student Idea Labs
The graduate student idea labs are a multidisciplinary collaboration between UC Berkeley graduate students working on developing a common application, product, or service.
       
       
Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory
The Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory is managed by UC and conducts research across a wide range of scientific disciplines, including earth science, energy, and physical biosciences.
         
Libraries and Museums
There are about 15 libraries and museums on campus with environmental resources available. These include the Public Health Library, the Agricultural Economics Library, the Bioscience and Natural Resource Library, and many more.
